Im being good and am keeping up exercises though a bit iffy tonight, The pain meds should help. it meaning surgery was straightforward and nothing surprising according to surgeon ,but no guarantee frozen shoulder wont happen
 i do feel trapped however, boys and elder male have no idea of housework, sweep into pile and leave, water plants with hose full on and make mess....will not complian, idea is to get back to functioning person and not stress
